Sandeep Reddy & Bhushan Kumar Reveal Their Plans for Animal Park
Animal, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, is a success story despite the backlash against it for being sexist and portraying toxic masculinity. After Animal brought in over Rs 835.9 crore at the global box office, Sandeep and T-Series producer Bhushan Kumar decided to make Animal a franchise. T-Series announced on Tuesday that the two would collaborate on the Animal Park sequel, Prabhas’ Spirit, and Allu Arjun’s untitled movie.
To allow the audience to fully immerse themselves in the feelings evoked by Ranbir’s character, Vijay, the scene was chosen to be included after the credits. Although Vanga acknowledged that there were some early complaints regarding the sudden change, she stressed that the sentiment would continue into the second section. With the words, “Because this feeling will continue for a while in part two,” he referred to a planned approach.

Animal’s success, according to Sandeep Reddy Vanga, was largely due to producer Bhushan Kumar’s unwavering collaboration. “I feel at home at T-Series because of the freedom he gives me to be creative and to pick any song, and a director needs nothing more,” the director remarked. The director went on to say that he wasn’t concerned with the budget and that it didn’t even cross his mind when he was creating. He said “I realized after the film was completed that we failed to address the budget,”
Vanga stated that he has always considered writing a sequel to “Animal.” After Ranbir Kapoor’s character was shown as vulnerable at the end of the first movie, Vanga chose to show a bit of “Animal Park.” In explaining the post-credit cut scene, he said, “There was an emotion for me, and Ranbir felt strongly that the idea was excellent, but we should use that moment now.”
Vanga explained his idea for a trilogy in response to the question of why the film opens with Ranbir’s character at sixty years old, saying, “Because maintaining part 2 and part 3 in thoughts.” I assumed the old man might be narrating in parts two and three.”
Sandeep Reddy Vanga Disclosed His Upcoming Movies
The release date of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s “Animal Park,” revealed that primary photography for his next project, “Spirit,” starring Prabhas in the lead role, will begin in September 2024. Vanga’s statement that he will not enter the land of “Animal Park” until he has finished “Spirit” shows his realistic approach to writing. “Spirit is next.” “Animal Park does not belong in the writer’s room,” he added.
Vanga justified the sequel’s title “Animal Park” by comparing the plot to a Mahabharat-style war between brothers and cousins, focusing on the large cast of characters.
It has been revealed that Sandeep Reddy Vanga and Ranbir Kapoor will collaborate again on Animal Park. The climax of the film Animal suggests that professional Aziz will take revenge for his brother Abrar’s death. Aziz underwent facial plastic surgery to resemble Ranvijay (Ranbir Kapoor). He also appears to be more threatening. “Animal” has received controversy for its extreme violence, and the sequel’s plot remains unknown.
